what happens when the 2001 answer is requested?

Each level of subscription package has a different threshold amount of answers.  The amount of questions is always unlimited so all that counts are actual answers provided to your visitors.  The amount of answers is tracked in your account and shown by a progress bar.  Our policy is to provide uninterrupted service to you and your visitors.  So even if you exceed the number of answers in a given month we will continue to deliver answers.  You will receive notification when excess usage occurs and we will suggest a more appropriate package for your usage level.
 

What happens if I exceed the number of answers in a given month?

Will the most frequently asked questions appear first when searching for a question?

Yes, the most frequently asked questions over the past couple of months (a time parameter which can be easily changed) will appear at the top of the selection list. Older questions which are no longer being asked will not appear in the list.

How can we offer level II support such as for bugs in our product?

If the question was not available in the knowledge base and the community did not answer the question, you can supply an email link for level II assistance.  In that case the visitor simply opens a support ticket.

Can I choose which users will receive the questions?

In the customer’s application you can add a privacy setting to not receive questions. In the administrative tool there are parameters such as moderating questions before being sent to the community and limiting the number of online users who will receive questions.

Can we import questions which are already in our knowledge-base?

Yes, questions can be imported using standard database, Excel and HTML formats.  

Does alwaysupport improve SEO?

We provide a support center which contains all questions and answer placed through your widget.  It is dynamic and continually updated.  This all gets indexed by leading search engines and results in a major improvement to your SEO.

Does Alway Support come with a chat widget that can transfer to a live agent

Integrated within AlwaySupport all-in-one widget is a chat option which allows your visitors to start a session with your rep.  Whenever a chat is inactive (i.e. not during working hours) the visitors will see an option to send a support email instead.

Do I have to pre fill my answers

It is recommended that you first add a few questions and answers but it is not a requirement.  You can wait for users to start asking questions and only then start to answer.  Each answered question will automatically be added to your knowledge base.

Is there a limit of how many users I can have for my ticket system?

No, it is unlimited.

You can change the colors of the widget from within your account by navigating to the Bar Widget from the sidebar menu.  In there you will also be able to customize additional aspects of the widget such as the location on your site and other functionality.

Yes. We can add a custom logo to the widget and replace our logo.  However, this is only available with the Premium package.

Can I customize the appearance of widgets?

Absolutely! You can customize everything about the widget’s appearance, quickly and easily, from within your AlwaySupport account.

Why is the widget hidden by Flash?

If a Flash element is NOT configured with attribute "wmode=transparent", it will be above all HTML elements.
To resolve this issue, you need to add the attribute "wmode=transparent" to the Flash, which hides the widget.

How do I add the widget?

Copy the code you get and paste it into each page on your website as the first element in each webpage (right after the <body> tag).

What is the cost for cancel?

You can cancel at any time and without any fees.  However, you can't receive a partial refund so if you cancel in the middle of a month you will still be charged the full monthly rate.

Am I in a contract when I sign up?

By signing up you agree to the Terms & Conditions which can be found by clicking from the footer at bottom of the site.  But there are no commitments when signing up for the Starter package and you can cancel at any time.  If using one of the paid packages you will be charged for the month in which you were active in but can still cancel at any time.
